Automatic Syncing with Plaid
For accounts connected through Plaid, transactions sync automatically in the background. New transactions typically appear in Spendify within minutes of showing up at your bank — no need to manually refresh.
FinanceKit Syncing (iOS)
If you're using Apple FinanceKit, your transactions sync when you open the app. FinanceKit pulls the latest data directly from your device each time Spendify is active.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind
Bank processing times vary. Some banks make transactions available faster than others — occasional delays of a few hours are normal.
Pending vs. posted transactions. Pending transactions may appear with slightly different amounts or details than the final posted version. Once your bank posts the transaction, Spendify will update it automatically.
Weekends and holidays. Some banks process transactions more slowly during non-business days.
