Quick Fixes to Try

If Spendify isn't loading properly or keeps crashing, try these steps in order. Most issues are resolved by the first few steps.

1. Force Close and Reopen the App

On iOS: Swipe up from the bottom of the screen (or double-tap the Home button) to open the app switcher. Swipe Spendify up to close it, then reopen it from your home screen.

On Android: Open your recent apps view, swipe Spendify away to close it, then reopen it.

2. Check for App Updates

Running an older version of the app can sometimes cause issues. Check the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) for any available Spendify updates and install them.

3. Check Your Internet Connection

Spendify needs an internet connection to sync your financial data. Make sure you're connected to Wi-Fi or have a strong cellular signal. Try opening a website in your browser to confirm your connection is working.

4. Restart Your Device

A simple restart can clear out temporary issues that may be causing the app to crash. Power your device off completely, wait a few seconds, and turn it back on.

5. Reinstall the App

If none of the above works, try deleting and reinstalling Spendify. Don't worry β€” your data is tied to your account, not your device. Just sign back in with your email after reinstalling and everything will be right where you left it.
